## *Job Description*:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our company’s ongoing operations and procedures. The COO will be a key member of the senior management team, responsible for the efficiency and growth of the business. The goal is to drive the company’s operational strategy and contribute to scaling up the business.

## *Key Responsibilities*:

- *Operational Leadership*: Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- *Performance Management*: Oversee daily operations across all departments (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) and ensure that the company's performance goals are met.
- *Process Improvement*: Optimize systems, processes, and resources to maximize efficiency.
- *Financial Management*: Assist the CFO in financial forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- *Business Growth*: Collaborate with the CEO and other leadership team members on strategies for business expansion and market penetration.
- *Team Leadership*: Lead, inspire, and mentor department heads, ensuring the development of leadership at every level.
- *Innovation and Technology*: Champion the adoption of new technologies and innovative business models.
- *Stakeholder Engagement*: Act as a liaison between the CEO, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.
- *Risk Management*: Identify and address potential risks that could impact the business.

## *Qualifications*:

- MBA from IIM or B.Tech/Engineering from IIT with 10+ years of proven experience in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage operations, and drive business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, performance management, and key operational metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on execution and achieving results.

## *Preferred Skills*:

- Experience in scaling up businesses and managing operational efficiency in rapidly growing companies.
- Expertise in change management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
- Strong decision-making abilities with an analytical and data-driven approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
