The role involves driving business growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring profitability while maintaining strong partnerships with channel partners and universities. Key Responsibilities: - **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement a business strategy to drive growth, expand partnerships, and stay competitive. - **Contract Management**: Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and financial goals. - **Business Development**: Lead the team in securing new channel partners and high-value contracts. - **Social Media Marketing**: Guide campaigns to build brand awareness and grow the network. - **Financial Management**: Manage budgets, oversee financial health, and ensure profitability. - **Human Resources**: Recruit and retain top talent, fostering a productive culture. - **Stakeholder Relations**: Build strong relationships with partners, universities, and investors. - **Performance Monitoring**: Regularly review and report departmental performance. Goals: - Achieve revenue growth, expand channel partners, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the company’s market position as a leading overseas education consultancy. Qualifications: - Proven executive experience, preferably as a COO in education consultancy. - Leadership skills, financial acumen, and expertise in managing B2B networks and contracts.
