Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage overall hospital operations. The COO will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing resources, and driving operational excellence to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation (NABH/JCI).
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience and service delivery.
- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.
- Develop and implement hospital policies, protocols, and performance improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with medical directors, department heads, and stakeholders for seamless operations.
- Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and implement data-driven decision-making.
- Lead crisis management, risk mitigation, and patient safety initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
