**Chief Operating Officer (COO) job description should contain the following COO responsibilities**:

- Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success

- Oversee daily operations and the work of executives

- Create reports for the management
- Take the lead in expansion activities
- Maintain relationships with partners and vendor
- **JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous working experience as COO for (8-10) years
- MBA in Business Administration or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as School operations, Transport,Maintenance, Sales& marketing etc.
- Hands on experience in dealing with Government issues, Police issues, strategic planning and development of the operations of the school
- Good knowledge of data analysis and data metrics
- Familiarity IT/Business infrastructure
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Positive approach
- Should be able to work in stress and tight time lines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
