Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via email, phone calls, and chats to resolve their issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and concerns.
- Utilize strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (CSE/CSA/CCA).
- Excellent written communication skills for effective email writing and email processing.
- Strong verbal communication skills for handling inbound voice processes and blended processes.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
