Job Opening: Client Success Specialist (B2B SaaS | Global Clients)

Location: Noida

Experience: 1–3 Years (SaaS / FMCG experience preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Success Specialist who will own the end-to-end onboarding, implementation, and success journey of our cloud-based SaaS product for FMCG clients. This role is critical in ensuring clients achieve maximum value, adoption, and satisfaction post go-live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end client onboarding and implementation of a cloud-based B2B SaaS platform
  • Understand client business requirements and configure the product accordingly, including master data setup
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation and post-go-live phases
  • Collaborate with internal product, tech, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA adherence
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage sign-offs, and ensure smooth go-live
  • Monitor post-implementation usage and drive product adoption and client success
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to guide clients on optimal product usage
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; comfortable working with mobile and desktop-based tools
  • Basic understanding of FMCG business operations and workflows
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Prior experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or client success is a plus
