About the Role:

We are looking for an HR professional who can champion employee growth and engagement by planning learning workshops, career pathing, and mentorship programs. The role will drive culture and retention through recognition, feedback loops, and engagement initiatives while also leveraging surveys and insights to deliver actionable improvements for a stronger workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Learning & Upskilling – Plan workshops and upskilling tracks based on skill gaps; coordinate trainers and track completion.
  • Career Pathing & Mentorship – Build career frameworks and run internal mentorship programs.
  • Employee Engagement – Organize birthdays, anniversaries, recognition programs, and team activities.
  • Culture & Retention – Drive culture rituals, feedback loops, and retention-focused initiatives.
  • Surveys & Insights – Run pulse surveys, analyze results, and share improvement reports.

Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements):

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in:
  1. Learning & Development and/or Employee Engagement.
  2. Strong facilitation and event-planning skills.
  3. Experience in designing training content and managing employee programs.
  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in G-Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion

Bonus Skills (A Plus for Your Application):

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express) for engagement materials.
  • Knowledge of psychometric assessments or personality profiling tools.
  • Certification in L&D, facilitation, or employee engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and dashboard creation.
  • Ability to manage virtual engagement activities and webinars.
  • Experience in automating HR workflows or process improvement initiatives
