Role & responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Define and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational growth and expansion plans.
  • Partner with the Management to strengthen leadership capability, succession planning, and organizational development.

Performance Management & Culture

  • Design, implement, and institutionalize a robust Performance Management System (PMS) across all group companies.
  • Foster a high-performance and learning-oriented culture by aligning performance frameworks with business goals.
  • Drive employee motivation, recognition, and engagement initiatives to strengthen retention and productivity.

Learning & Development

  • Develop and implement structured Learning & Development (L&D) programs to upskill workforce capabilities.
  • Introduce leadership development frameworks, capability-building initiatives, and continuous learning platforms.
  • Implement training evaluation systems to measure ROI and impact on business outcomes.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management

  • Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition (TA) for leadership, critical, and contractual roles.
  • Oversee vendor-managed contractual workforce recruitment and engagement, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Build a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent across businesses.

Change Management & Transformation

  • Lead change management initiatives, including digitalization, restructuring, and cultural transformation.
  • Standardize HR systems, policies, and governance frameworks across entities.
  • Champion HR transformation projects to align with future growth and sustainability goals.
