Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Workday Functional / Integration Test Engineer
to join our
Workday Implementation team
. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in functional and integration testing for Workday or HR-related systems, along with exposure to automation tools and SaaS-based applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform functional and integration testing for Workday implementations
  • Test integrations between Workday and other HR modules/tools
  • Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test case design
  • Execute test cases and validate end-to-end functionality
  • Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation
  • Work closely with functional, integration, and business teams
  • Follow Waterfall methodology for project execution
  • Support UAT and post-implementation testing activities
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new SaaS-based tools and applications
  • Demonstrate ownership and willingness to go the extra mile

Mandatory Skills
Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on testing experience
  • Strong experience in Functional & Integration Testing
  • Experience with Workday OR Workday integration with HR tools
  • Exposure to WorkSoft certification OR any automation testing tools
  • Experience in Requirement Analysis, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Execution & Defect Reporting
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall methodology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and fast learner
