Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper US Accounting

Location: Bangalore

Work from Office during night shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper with strong expertise in US bookkeeping practices. The ideal candidate will be an independent contributor with moderate knowledge of US GAAP, and hands-on experience working with US-based firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities for US clients.
  • Create and submit invoices using QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).
  • Schedule payments via ACH and
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with US accounting standards.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely financial reporting.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

  • QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) – Expert level.
  • – Proficient in payment scheduling and processing.
  • Moderate Understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Com + CA (Inter/Final) or CMA or MBA in Finance.
  • Experience: 8–10 years of hands-on experience in US bookkeeping.
  • Prior experience working with US-based firms is a must.
