Role Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing accounting operations for multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and timely financial reporting. The role includes handling day-to-day accounting, bank reconciliations, tax computations, vendor payments, and preparation of MIS and financial statements, while maintaining strong coordination with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for assigned client accounts.
  2. Update and reconcile bank statements; prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
  3. Calculate and ensure timely payment of TDS, ESI, PF, PT, GST, and other statutory dues.
  4. Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for clients.
  5. Pass necessary accounting entries for month-end closure and reporting.
  6. Handle vendor payments and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
  7. Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements for clients.
  8. Ensure compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax laws.
  9. Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and report submission.
  10. Work efficiently using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook for accounting and reporting tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Semi CA / CA Inter / CA Foundation / MBA (Finance) / B.Com
  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience in accounting or client servicing (CA firm/Consultancy experience preferred).

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP) and MS Office tools.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication skills (written & verbal) for client coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
