Role Description

Job Title: Accounting, Bookkeeping & Payroll Specialist

Location: Bangalore Remote / Hybrid]

Key Responsibilities


• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.


• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.


• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all tax and labor regulations.


• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management activities.


• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as required.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).


• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll.


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.


• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar).


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.


•
Experience with payroll filings and year-end forms (
W-2, W-3, 1099-NEC
).


•
Excellent written/spoken English; comfortable with client-facing follow-ups.

Willingness to work
US time zones
from Bengaluru.
