Role Summary:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and executing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work across levels with empathy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, resolving workplace issues with sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Promote a positive organizational culture through proactive communication and support.
- Performance Management
- Support implementation of the performance appraisal process.
- Work with managers to set KPIs, track performance, and ensure timely feedback and development plans.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee HR documentation, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support audits and statutory compliance requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate development initiatives across departments.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee morale, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
- Policy & Process Management
- Support development, review, and implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10-18 yrs of experience in a core HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
