Role & responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end registration process for new customers, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are in place for new registrations.
Maintain accurate records of all registered customers and keep the registration database up to date.
Monitor and track the progress of registrations, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
Provide regular reports and updates on registration status to management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing registration processes.
Train and supervise junior staff members in registration procedures.
Develop and implement improvements to the registration process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
4 to 7 years of experience in registration processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Candidates must have real estate experience.
