Job Description

: Process Associate

As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing tax-related documentation, ensuring high-quality data entry and efficient handling of customer inquiries within a professional and organized environment.

About The Role:
  • Captures and keys data from tax and/or legal sites according to established forms policies and procedures or per customer needs.
  • Uses various interfaces, templates, programs and tools to search, access and enter database information.
  • Designs tax and/or legal forms that comply with specifications and established forms guidelines.
  • Maintain and update contact list and form information in the database.
  • Proofreads and reviews forms for accuracy and adherence to established standards.
  • Batch and follow up on late releases of forms.
  • Analyzes and assists in resolving routine problems.
  • Act as primary contact for external stakeholders to resolve issues and clarify specifications.
  • Creates blank and variable data samples for submission.
  • Submit and track form approval.
  • Assists in maintaining the integrity and completeness of work product.
  • Provides effective and timely escalation of quality issues.
About You:
  • Proven experience with data entry and document management, preferably in a tax or financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of tax documentation, tax forms, and general tax concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and adhere to established processes.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver professional presentations.
  • Proven ability to identify and address customer needs.
  • Experience with proofreading and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
