Personal Secretary

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation (digital and physical).
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in personal tasks and errands as required.
- Monitor incoming calls, emails, and requests, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Manage office supplies, expenses, and reimbursements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
