This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary based in Bengaluru. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for providing personal assistance, handling clerical tasks, and offering executive administrative assistance. Daily tasks include managing schedules, making travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure effective support to executives.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Clerical and Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or relevant field is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
