Manager :
Post qualification experience = CA : 3.8 + yrs experience ( relevant years in statutory audit )

Qualification : CA qualified
Job description:
The role will primarily include:
  • Review of the work performed by the team members
  • Review of financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAPs
  • Work closely with Audit CoE lead on strategy of the team
  • Manage and grow the Audit CoE practice
  • Build in new CoEs and specializations 
  • Work with the Audit engagement teams to consistently deliver high quality output
  • Management reporting for investors/ stakeholders
  • Act as Supercoach of the assigned staff
  • Various other global delivery engagements using integrated tools for preparation and reporting

Desired candidates profile:
  • CA / ACCA or equivalent with relevant experience in statutory audit profile
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and financial statements
  • Ability to lead
  • Exceptional stakeholder & people management
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office (Excel/ Word and PPT).
  • Knowledge of Tally/SAP/Navision/ or any other accounting ERP tool will be an advantage.
  • Candidates having knowledge of IFRS, IND AS, US GAAP will be preferred
