1 + relevant years of experience in Statutory audit ( post qualification = CA )

AND 3 YRS EXPERIENCE in statutory audit in articleship

Manager:
Post qualification experience = CA : 3.8 + yrs experience ( relevant years in statutory audit )

Qualification : CA qualified

Job description:

The role will primarily include:

- Review of the work performed by the team members
- Review of financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAPs
- Work closely with Audit CoE lead on strategy of the team
- Manage and grow the Audit CoE practice
- Build in new CoEs and specializations
- Work with the Audit engagement teams to consistently deliver high quality output
- Management reporting for investors/ stakeholders
- Act as Supercoach of the assigned staff
- Various other global delivery engagements using integrated tools for preparation and reporting
- CA / ACCA or equivalent with relevant experience in statutory audit profile
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and financial statements
- Ability to lead
- Exceptional stakeholder & people management
- Advanced knowledge of MS office (Excel/ Word and PPT).
- Knowledge of Tally/SAP/Navision/ or any other accounting ERP tool will be an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
