Sales Manager – B2B Sales

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales pipeline, building lasting customer relationships, and executing strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
A proven track record in SaaS, Telecom, VoIP, or Enterprise Product Sales will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in B2B markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, product presentations, proposal drafting, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and strengthen market presence.
- Possess strong knowledge of IT and Networking concepts to effectively communicate technical product value to clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in generating and maintaining B2B client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
