Role & responsibilities

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, developing relationships with new and existing clients, and promoting the companys products/services within the United States market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to close deals in a competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients across the United States, including businesses and individual customers.
  • Generate new sales leads and build a pipeline of opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs.
  • Maintain and build relationships with current clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and post-sales support.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the US market and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in [industry-related software or tools] is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
