Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with strong experience in US outbound sales to help us expand in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a natural US accent, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to engage decision-makers through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls and multi-channel outreach to US-based prospects. - Qualify leads, present our value proposition, and schedule product demos. - Manage prospects in CRM and collaborate with the sales team on opportunities. - Research market trends and competitors to strengthen outreach strategies.What We’re Looking For- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in the US market. - Excellent spoken English with a natural US accent (mandatory). - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold-calling. - Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent work experience. - SaaS/AI sales background is a plus.What We Offer- Salary up to ₹8 LPA + performance bonuses. - Hybrid work model in Pune (US EST hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST). - Professional development, sales training, and growth opportunities. - Health benefits and paid time off after probation.Application InstructionsPlease apply using the Google Form below:Apply Here⚠️ Note: Upload your 2-minute video/Audio file introducing yourself and talking about your sales experience.
