Job Description:

Project Governance & Execution

  • Drive solution resources and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and lead the execution of the project plan, coordinating across various technology platforms
  • Oversee project activities to ensure timelines are met and risks/issues are mitigated.
  • Report progress, risks, and decisions to the program manager.

Stakeholder & Business Alignment

  • Act as the primary liaison between business/zone stakeholders and the project team.
  • Confirm and onboard the project team before kickoff, clarifying roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with BRMs and business stakeholders to ensure timely requirement gathering and alignment with project goals

Testing & Cutover Support

  • Support the local business team during UAT, ensure sign-off, and manage issue resolution cadence.
  • Coordinate with release managers to align release schedules with project timelines.
  • Assist with cutover activities and ensure digital team plans are well documented.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Facilitate understanding of deployment impacts and support training efforts.
  • Enable smooth adoption through change management and post-deployment follow-up.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Track project progress against business requirements and report status and risks.
  • Collect post-deployment feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Foster close cooperation across all roles and functions.

Qualifications:

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects.
  • Experience with managing global stakeholders
  • Strong grasp of pricing systems & digital tools
  • Experience with SAP, CPQ, Jira will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's in Business, IT, Engineering, or related
