Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Program Manager with a proven track record of managing supply chain and procurement transformation projects within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital transformation, product management (B2B/B2C), and client management, along with deep knowledge of sourcing & procurement processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital transformation and supply chain optimization programs from initiation to completion.
  • Drive B2B and B2C product management initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions across the sourcing & procurement value chain.
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals, timelines, and budget.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and progress while ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation or program/project management within supply chain or procurement.
  • Exposure to manufacturing industry projects.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP / procurement platforms (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in SCM / IT / Business.
  • Certification in PMP / Prince2 / Agile.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation in sourcing & procurement.
