Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager to lead complex, cross-

functional initiatives that create tangible business impact, enhance customer satisfaction, and

elevate operational excellence. This role will be pivotal in managing key projects across IT, retail,

legal, and finance functions-while also driving innovation through AI/ML-led initiatives and flagship

programs such as the BIG ROCK project.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

 Own and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of projects across diverse domains including IT, legal,

finance, and retail.

 Ensure rigorous project governance through milestone tracking, reporting, and risk

mitigation.

 Coordinate budgeting, invoicing, and payment workflows in collaboration with the finance

team.

 Manage legal documentation, including POCs, renewals, and contract compliance.

 Oversee implementation and performance audits of IT infrastructure, including firewall

systems.

Strategic & AI-Led Initiatives

 Spearhead AI/ML initiatives to solve business challenges and unlock efficiencies.

 Collaborate with business heads and cross-functional teams on high-impact programs such

as BIG ROCK, aligning outputs to strategic goals and improving retail stakeholder (RSO)

satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

 Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity of goals, timelines, and accountability.

 Organize upskilling initiatives including domain-specific workshops and training sessions.

 Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement across project

teams.

 Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive

change adoption.

Retail Operations Enablement

 Support retail initiatives via hands-on demos, training cascades, and enablement programs.

 Act as a conduit between project implementation and frontline retail operations, ensuring

seamless execution and feedback loops.

Key Skills & Competencies

 Strong project management methodology knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

 Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management

 Understanding of legal and financial processes related to vendor and contract management

 Exposure to AI/ML projects and digital transformation frameworks

 Exceptional communication, documentation, and facilitation skills

 Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred

 PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification is an added advantage

 Experience in Retail, Technology, or Consumer-Facing industries preferred
