Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the CEO's daily calendar, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Sales, HR, Operations, Training, etc.) for smooth business communication.
- Handle emails, phone calls, documents, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain and track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple business functions.
- Assist in preparing business reports, proposals, and client communication.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders requiring CEO interaction.
- Manage confidential business information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the CEO in personal tasks when required.
- Ensure the CEO's time is prioritized effectively by acting as a gatekeeper.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant, preferably in an IT, Technology, or Consulting company.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
- Excellent organization, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet deadlines.
- Professional, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
