We are looking for an energetic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has strong expertise in performance marketing, understands the power of social media and outreach, and has a flair for design and storytelling. You should be an extrovert who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and representing MindMentorz with passion and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to drive leads, brand visibility, and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Build a strong online community of parents, students, and chess enthusiasts.
  • Outreach Marketing: Develop partnerships with schools, communities, and event organizers to expand MindMentorz's footprint. Represent the academy at events and networking opportunities.
  • Content & Design: Collaborate with design tools (Canva/Adobe) to create eye-catching creatives, ads, and marketing materials.
  • Brand Strategy: Build campaigns that strengthen brand recall, highlight student success stories, and align with our mission of empowering young learners.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and present insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with coaches, management, and vendors to ensure cohesive communication and branding.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Outgoing, extroverted personality—comfortable speaking with parents, students, and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
