
Bitumen Products Sales Head

Role & responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales for Bitumen, PMB, and Emulsion across assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and government authorities (PWD, NHAI, municipal bodies).
- Identify and track upcoming road projects, tenders, and business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with MoRTH/IRC specifications while promoting product usage.
- Handle end-to-end tendering process including documentation, pricing, and negotiations.
- Conduct product presentations and provide technical support to clients.
- Achieve sales targets through effective client management and market penetration.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning to develop market strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates to management.
Preferred candidate profile
The Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Bitumen, Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB), and Emulsion products by developing strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
