Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with strong experience in the bitumen and petroleum products sector. The ideal candidate should possess excellent market knowledge, proven sales skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in bitumen and petroleum products.
- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 0-1 years of proven sales experience in bitumen, petroleum, or related products.
- Strong knowledge of petroleum industry trends, pricing, and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
