Role & responsibilities

Human Resources

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  2. Plan manpower requirements and coordinate hiring.

  3. Conduct interviews, onboarding, and maintain employee records.

  4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  5. Address grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.

  6. Plan welfare, motivation, and team-building activities.

  7. Payroll & Compliance

  8. Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and salary processing.

  9. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.).

  10. Training & Development

  11. Prepare training calendar as per skill matrix.

  12. Organize training and maintain training records for audits.

  13. Performance Management

  14. Support appraisals, KRAs, and performance evaluations.

Administration

  1. General Administration

  2. Supervise housekeeping, canteen, security, and transport arrangements.

  3. Ensure availability of office supplies and utilities.

  4. Legal & Compliance Support

  5. Maintain labor law registers and statutory records.

  6. Coordinate for internal/external audits (IATF/ISO, labor inspections).

  7. Facilities Management

  8. Oversee maintenance of office premises and safety measures.

  9. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and government authorities.

  10. Communication & Coordination

  11. Issue circulars, notices, and policy updates.

  12. Act as a bridge between management and employees.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)
  • 26 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in a manufacturing plant
