The Company is a 10+ years old, established Event Management company, dealing with brands such as Audi, Skoda, Tata Motors etc. and s looking for a senior, hands-on Operations professional to lead and manage end-to-end execution of BTL activations and corporate events. The role demands strong on-ground execution capability, vendor and team management skills, cost control, and the ability to deliver flawless events under tight timelines.

This position is critical to ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and scalability of Gloria World's event business.

Key Responsibilities

Event Operations & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL activations, corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, brand launches, and promotional campaigns
  • Manage end-to-end event operations from pre-event planning to post-event closure
  • Translate client briefs into actionable execution plans and timelines
  • Oversee on-ground execution, setup, rehearsals, and live event management

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and manage operations executives, site coordinators, and freelancers
  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors (fabricators, AV, logistics, manpower, artists, production partners, etc.)
  • Negotiate vendor commercials and ensure cost-effective procurement
  • Ensure vendor performance, quality control, and timely delivery

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare event budgets, cost sheets, and BOQs
  • Monitor expenses and ensure events are delivered within approved budgets
  • Drive cost optimization without compromising quality or client experience

Client Coordination

  • Act as a key operations point of contact for clients during planning and execution
  • Participate in client meetings to understand execution expectations and operational feasibility
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through smooth delivery and proactive problem-solving

Logistics & Compliance

  • Manage logistics including permissions, licenses, venue coordination, travel, and material movement
  • Ensure compliance with safety norms, venue guidelines, and statutory requirements
  • Anticipate risks and create contingency plans for on-ground challenges

Process & Quality Improvement

  • Build and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for event execution
  • Mentor junior team members and strengthen the operations function
  • Provide post-event reports, learnings, and improvement recommendations

Desired ProfileExperience

  • 8–12+ years of experience in event operations, preferably with strong exposure to BTL activations and corporate events
  • Experience working with an event management agency is mandatory
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale and multiple simultaneous events

  • Excellent vendor negotiation and people management abilities
  • Strong budgeting and cost control expertise
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and client-handling skills

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and travel as per event requirements
  • Strong local vendor network in Mumbai will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75, ₹100,000.00 per month
