Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Documentation Assistant located in Gurgaon, India. The Export Documentation Assistant will be responsible for managing export documentation, preparing documents for shipments, maintaining archives and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires organizational and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and ensure timely, accurate documentation processes.

Skill Required

Experience with Documentation and Export Documentation

Skills in Document Management and maintaining Archives

Strong Communication abilities for interacting with stakeholders

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in relevant software and tools

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Prior experience in export industry is a plus

Proficiency in Excel

Have good knowledge of accounting
