Role description

Responsibilities-

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, flows and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools
  • Collaborating with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualification-

  • Minimum 4 + Years of Experience as Senior Salesforce Developer.
  • Should have good hands-on experience in Lightning web components, one should be able to write clean code using Lightning web components.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and constraints.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Must have good hands-on experience in Apex design, Apex data loader, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, module lead and declarative platform tools.
  • Should have solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits and design patterns.
  • Good understanding of scenarios to use Apex, flows, Lightning App Builder, etc.
  • Good knowledge of APIs/integration.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Should be able to handle a team of 2-3 developers.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Education / Certification

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree
  • Mandatory Certification - Platform Developer 1, App Builder, Admin 201.
  • Preferred Certification - PD2, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud Certifications.
