Role Overview

Experience implementing SFDC CRM capabilities. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Admin & Developer with expertise in salesforce service & financial service cloud and automation
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforces core platform, experience with development, and a passion for optimizing business processes. This includes writing custom code in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, as well as designing and executing test cases to ensure the platform meets functional, security, and performance requirements. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning web components.

Role & responsibilities:

• Development:
  Design, develop, and implement Salesforce flows to automate business processes. Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWCs) as needed. Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and other programmatic solutions. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and middleware tools. Work within Salesforce customization standards for Administrators and Developers to balance rapid development and long-term code maintainability.
• Flow Automation:
  Leverage Salesforce Flow Builder to create complex, scalable, and maintainable automation. Analyze existing automation processes and identify areas for improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing flows, ensuring optimal performance. Document automation designs, workflows, and best practices for future reference.
• Support:
  Work closely with the Project management team to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide training and support to end-users to enhance adoption and usage of Salesforce features. Monitor Salesforce updates and releases, implementing new features and ensuring compatibility. Perform data imports, exports, and updates, ensuring data integrity and quality. Configure standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet business requirements. Change Set Deployment (Inbound and Outbound).

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science,
  Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs in a large organizational setting.
• Proficiency in Salesforce automation
  tools and API based integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, data model, and security.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
• Experience with Salesforce integration techniques, Platform Events, including REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and middleware platforms (e.g., Synatic, MuleSoft, Pegasus, Zapier or similar).
• Platform Developer I or II Certification.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.

Preferred:

• Platform App Builder or Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication.

Under Graduate Degree: B.Sc. in Computers, Electronics, B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Information Technology, Computers, Electrical

Key Skills:
Automation flow, LWC, Triggers, Apex & SOQL.

Offered Salary Bracket - up to 16 Lacs per annum
