
Real Estate operations ad Liaison

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to handle real estate operations and government liaison activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with regulatory authorities, ensuring statutory approvals, supporting project execution, and facilitating smooth communication between internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison & Regulatory Approvals
Liaise with government departments, municipal corporations, urban development authorities, town planning, RERA offices, pollution control boards, electricity/water boards, fire departments, etc. for project approvals, NOCs, and clearances.
Ensure timely submission of applications, documents, and follow-ups for all statutory approvals (building plan sanction, commencement certificate, occupancy certificate, environmental clearance, etc.).
Maintain updated knowledge of local real estate regulations, RERA compliance, zoning laws, and land-use norms.
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for title verification, due diligence, and documentation.
Operations & Project Support
Support day-to-day operations of real estate projects from land acquisition to project completion.
Assist in documentation, agreements, and project-related statutory filings.
Track project milestones, ensuring all approvals and permissions are in place before execution.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors for drawings, documents, and approvals.
Maintain an updated tracker of approvals, licenses, and renewal timelines.
Stakeholder & Internal Coordination
Serve as the key point of contact for government officials, regulatory authorities, consultants, and vendors.
Coordinate between internal departments (projects, legal, finance, sales & CRM) for smooth execution.
Support management in preparing presentations, reports, and status updates on liaison and operational activities.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping related to approvals and operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Law, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
3–8 years of experience in real estate operations/liaison with exposure to government approvals.
Strong understanding of RERA, building by-laws, town planning norms, and real estate compliance.
Excellent communication and networking skills for dealing with authorities and stakeholders.
Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
