Responsibilities

Job Title: Government Contract Admin

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM - Should be willing to work from the office.

Role Brief: The Government Contract Admin is responsible for managing and coordinating the post-submission process of government bids. Once a bid is submitted, the Admin tracks the results, communicates with the government point of contact, and updates the branch with the award details. They also handle customer feedback, business retention tasks, and maintain comprehensive records for contracts, bid packets, and renewals.

Job Description: The roles and responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:


• Bid Submission Follow-Up:

•Coordinate with government points of contact to check if bid results have been announced.

•If the bid is lost, share the details and additional information with the branch.

•If the bid is awarded, update the branch with service requirements and guidelines for service execution and invoice generation.


• Customer Coordination & Feedback:

•Reach out to customers to gather feedback on their satisfaction with the services provided.

•Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

•Work on business retention by managing contract renewals and maintaining customer relationships.


• Database & Documentation Management:

•Maintain a comprehensive database of final bid packets, contracts, award notices, and related documents.

•Track renewals and maintain reports related to the contract lifecycle.

•Keep records of customer feedback and ensure database is timely updated


• Contract Management & Coordination:

•Handle any customer requests for additional information or documents during the contract term.

•Coordinate with branches to ensure contracts are set up correctly in the system and ensure compliance with service and price management guidelines & Manage customer PO requests and invoice/billing issues.

Qualifications

Education, Qualifications, and Skills:


• Experience:

•0-1 years of experience in contract administration, customer service, or similar roles or freshers specialized in commerce.

•Prior experience with government contracts, award management, or working with Salesforce is preferred.


• Education:

•Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any stream.


• Skills:

•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

•Good verbal and written communication skills.

•Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

•Ability to work independently and coordinate with various teams and branches.

•Problem-solving skills, especially in handling customer issues and invoice/billing concerns.

•Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.

•Ability to manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
