About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking professional to join our customer support team. The role involves interacting with international clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with international clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
- Provide a high level of customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and patience.
- Prior customer support experience (preferred but not mandatory).
