About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking professional to join our customer support team. The role involves interacting with international clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with international clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and patience.
  • Prior customer support experience (preferred but not mandatory).
