We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Edutech team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and creating new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our solutions effectively to drive sales growth.

  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets through effective strategies and execution.
  • Identify and develop new business prospects while nurturing existing client relationships to drive growth.
  • Engage in and manage intricate discussions with senior executives to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Utilize industry best practices and proven sales techniques to enhance performance and close deals efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA/BBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Freshers/1-2 years of experience in sales or a relevant field; Must have experience in the Edutech industry.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently in both written and spoken forms, ensuring messages are understood across diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks, managing schedules and achieve goals efficiently.
  • Capable of performing autonomously with minimal supervision while also thriving in team environments to accomplish shared objectives.
  • Driven by a strong internal desire to succeed, consistently setting and achieving ambitious targets through proactive efforts.

Working Hours:Shift: Night Shift to align with US business hours.

Preference for Edutech field experienced candidates/Freshers/Sales experience MBA/BBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
