Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive with excellent English communication skills and proven voice-process experience supporting UK clients.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every customer interaction is managed with clarity, confidence, and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage agitated or upset customers calmly while maintaining control of the conversation.
- Take ownership of urgent calls, ensuring quick follow-up and resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product- or service-related issues accurately.
- Maintain a courteous, empathetic tone at all times during customer interactions.
- Update CRM systems with case details, feedback, and resolutions.
- Proactively follow up on open cases to ensure closure and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a UK voice-process (customer support / technical support).
- Strong fluency in English – neutral or UK-friendly accent preferred.
- Must have experience speaking directly with UK customers over calls.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
- Experience using CRM or remote-support tools (e.g., Zoho, Freshdesk, Zendesk).
- Calm, patient, and professional in handling escalations and urgent queries.
