**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Customer Support Executive** with **excellent English communication skills** and **proven voice-process experience** supporting **UK clients**.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every customer interaction is managed with clarity, confidence, and care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **customer queries via phone** in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage **agitated or upset customers** calmly while maintaining control of the conversation.
- Take ownership of **urgent calls**, ensuring quick follow-up and resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product
- or service-related issues accurately.
- Maintain a courteous, empathetic tone at all times during customer interactions.
- Update CRM systems with case details, feedback, and resolutions.
- Proactively follow up on open cases to ensure closure and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year experience in a UK voice-process** (customer support / technical support).
- Strong **fluency in English** - neutral or UK-friendly accent preferred.
- Must have experience **speaking directly with UK customers over calls.**:

- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to **multi-task** and **prioritise under pressure.**:

- Experience using CRM or remote-support tools (e.g., Zoho, Freshdesk, Zendesk).
- Calm, patient, and professional in handling escalations and urgent queries.
