**Location**:
- **Work-from-home for the first 2 months**:
- **Work from the office after 2 months**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide **UK-based voice support** to customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve queries and issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on **quality** and **professionalism**, while adhering to service level agreements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.
- Accurately log and update customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining detailed records.
- Resolve customer concerns in a calm, clear, and empathetic manner, providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet departmental and organizational goals, following the company’s customer support protocols.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **MUST HAVE at least 1 year of UK Voice experience.** (This role is focused on **voice-based customer support** not a sales or chat support role.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a **UK shift** and handle **rotational week-offs**.
- Prior experience in a **customer support role.**:
- Must be customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.**Important Notes**:
**Note**:
- The role will initially be **work-from-home** for the first 2 months, transitioning to office work after that.
- **1 year of UK voice support experience is a must**:
- **Immediate joining** preferred; **30-day notice period** or less is a must.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
