Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment
  • Draft and update job descriptions; post vacancies on relevant job portals and social platforms
  • Source and screen candidates through databases, networking, and referrals
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and background verification
  • Complete onboarding formalities: offer letters, induction, and team introduction
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and hiring reports
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely hiring closures
  • Coordinate with recruitment vendors to optimize hiring costs

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Proactive, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
