Key Responsibilities
• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and introduce new product lines to strengthen the companys market presence.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and expansion goals.
• Conduct regular client visits across India to build strong, long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the oil, gas, and chemical industries.
• Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and expansion proposals to senior management.
• Mentor and guide sales teams (where applicable) to meet business targets.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the oil, gas, or chemical sectors.
• Strong network and understanding of industrial clients, distributors, and EPC contractors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
