Position: Research Analyst

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Research Analyst to support our market research projects and client engagements. This offers hands-on experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, analysing data, and presenting insights that influence strategic decision-making in the B2B market research industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviour.
  • The research analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, both secondary research (collecting data from existing sources such as industry reports, online databases, publications, literature reviews) and primary research, i.e. designing questionnaires, survey programming, telephonic interviews, analysing data and statistics, and producing actionable insights.
  • Analyse data and present actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, charts, and presentations based on research findings.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and recommend new research techniques or tools.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and methodologies.
