Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research (Primary & Secondary) and analysis in AI/ML applications for business and industry-specific solutions.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and apply AI/ML techniques for solutions.
• Assist in designing AI-driven business strategies and process improvements.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations based on data-driven insights.
• Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and data analytics trends and suggest innovative solutions.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, AI, ML, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field from IIT, NIT, or IIM.
• Minimum 1 year of industry experience in Primary & Secondary Research ,business analytics, AI research,.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and applications in business.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for AI-driven business transformation and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Business Analytics, AI, or ML from reputed institutions like IIT.
