Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge in Python programming, an aptitude for logical thinking, and a keen interest in leveraging their technical and analytical skills to support our products and resolve customer issues. This role requires a blend of problem-solving, statistical analysis, and programming to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Visualization:

2. Utilize Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Matplotlib to analyze data and generate insights.

3. Create and present clear and concise data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.

4. Statistical and Mathematical Problem-Solving:

5. Apply statistical methods and mathematical concepts to understand and resolve customer challenges.

6. Perform data validation and ensure the accuracy of analysis results.

7. Technical Support and Issue Resolution:

8. Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions.

9. Maintain detailed documentation of problem-solving steps and solutions for future reference.

10. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

11. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and customer experience.

12. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python libraries, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skill Sets Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and teams.
• Basic knowledge in Python programming and logic building.
• Understanding of Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Matplotlib.
• Basic knowledge in statistics and mathematics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
