You'll run the P&L for your business unit, balancing hands-on execution with client and team management.

Learn from a senior Account/Program Manager.
Assist in managing hiring pipelines.
Source candidates using Weekday's proprietary database.
Join client calls and shadow weekly check-ins.
Next 60 Days
Partner directly with our COO.
Own your portfolio of client companies.
Lead weekly check-ins with founders and hiring managers.
Source, engage, and manage candidates through the interview process.
Resolve blockers and ensure smooth hiring.
Take full accountability for revenue from your portfolio.
