Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Relationship Manager/Executive. The role involves managing customer relationships, New bookings, Legal and Loan Documentation, Bank Coordination, Construction Linked Collection, Final Registration and Possessiok ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling any issues that arise. The manager/executive will work closely with internal teams to enhance customer engagement and provide timely updates to clients regarding project and their needs

Qualifications

  • Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • CRM Process Knowledge
  • Exceptional Customer Engagement skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Reporting and MIS
