Job Profile: Data Entry Operator

Position Title: Data Entry Operator

Location: A-59,Sector-4, Noida

1. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in the company's systems with accuracy.
  • Maintain records of activities and completed work.
  • Review data for errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output.
  • Collect and compile data from various sources as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all company data.
  • Ensure timely reporting of any discrepancies or issues to the concerned authority.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
  • Assist in filing, documentation, and record-keeping.

2. Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

3. Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
  • Prior experience in data entry or ERP Handling is an advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy is essential.

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
