**Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient **Data Entry Operator**to manage and update inventory records accurately. The role requires daily entry of inward/outward inventory, reconciliation, and support in reporting for smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter and update inventory data in the system with accuracy.
- Maintain proper records of inward/outward movement of inventory.
- Assist in reconciliation of physical inventory with ERP/system records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for inventory accuracy.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies to the Inventory Manager.
- Support in audits and verification of inventory records.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong typing speed with accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Inventory software.
- Knowledge of inventory management processes.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate (any stream).
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in data entry/inventory management (preferably in publishing, manufacturing, or distribution).
- Prior ERP or inventory software experience preferred.

**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Compensation**: As per company norms

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
